Dear Fans, dear Handball players,

After a very successful year 2008 of NK22 with workouts in Kiel in February, Croatia in July and Font Romeu in August, the AE Sport Team and Nikola Karabatic prepared you a new seria of workouts so fantastic like your passion for handball.
Our workouts have the ambition to associate all the ingredients which allow to reach an optimal quality in terms of high-quality, received pleasure, increased performance, shared handball values and an immense  passion for our sport.
For this new season we have the chance to visit Nikola in Kiel, we will continue with a workout in Sweden, the handball world by definition, and we will end it with a training camp at altitude in Font-Romeu..
